TAX SEASON IS ALMOST HERE!
Form 1095-A – Your Tax Form
Because you had Marketplace plan in 2025, you should get Form 1095-A, Health Insurance Marketplace® Statement, by mail no later than mid-February. This form comes from the Marketplace, not the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
You must have your Form 1095-A before you file. Keep your 1095-A forms with your important tax information, like W-2 forms and other records.
Don’t file your taxes until you have an accurate 1095-A.
Please note that it may be available in your Marketplace account anytime from mid-January to February 1.
To get it early, you must create an account in the Marketplace. Here are the instructions to do so:
