If you received a message from me stating that you have a premium that is past due, please read the following
When you did not pay the Monthly Premium due the 1st of each month, your Health Coverage may be suspended until you make the payment
If you want to keep your Health Coverage you must call your Insurance Company to make payment arrangements.
If you DO NOT want to keep your Health Coverage….YOU MUST CONTACT THE MARKETPLACE.
If you live in Georgia contact the Georgia Access Marketplace at 888-687-1503
If you live in Illinois contact Get Covered Illinois Marketplace at 866-311-1119
All other states, contact the Federal Marketplace Healthcare.gov at 800-318-2596
Please remember that every month you wait to cancel, the Marketplace is paying the Insurance company on your behalf. You will have to pay this financial assistance money at the end of the year when you do your taxes.
DOING NOTHING IS NOT AN OPTION THAT WILL BENEFIT YOU!
